It's been a long long time

 I realize I haven't posted anything on this blog for a while...languishing in the age of Covid I guess. I will post more in the coming days such as a renewed comitment to adhere to a stricter WFPB diet. I did lose 25 pounds a couple of years ago and would like to add to that. 

Wish me luck. Not a lot of activity these days other than walking, going grocery shopping and the occasional Pilates class or visit to a local coffee shop...current fave Cafe 23 on Queen West.
